Charred Raddichio, asparagus and Fresh Goat cheese Salad

This is a great salad for winter. In the winter its best to eat warming cooked food, so feel free with experimenting with sauting your salad greens! You might be surprised at how much you like it!



salad mix of choice

shredded raddichio


fresh goat cheese

green onion

olive oil

sea salt

vinegar ( balsamic or apple cider works)


Method: Saute asparagus until soft. Drizzle raddichio with olive oil and pop in oven on broiler for as long as it takes to make a nice char on the raddichio. Take the raddichio out of oven & toss with salad greens. Toss with oil & vinagar. Top with green onions, sparagus and goat cheese crumbles. Enjoy!
