Winter root soup

ingredients:

2 parsnips peeled & sliced

1 lg celeriac root, peeled & cubed

2 leeks, sliced

2 small cauliflower heads

1 stick of butter

half gallon of chicken bone broth

cumin to taste

coriander to taste

sea salt to taste

 

method: boil all ingredients until soft then purée in blender
