Persimmon, pomegranate salad with dream cheese & nasturtiums

Ingredients: 

2 Fuji persimmons sliced

1 pomegranate seeds

One pint of dream ( yogurt)cheese

Olive oil

Sea salt to taste

4 oz Microgreens or butter lettuce

2 oz Nasturtium blossoms
Method:

Toss microgreens or salad in olive oil & apple cider vinegar. Roll dream cheese into balls and put in top of greens. Tuck persimmon slices under greens. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds & nasturtiums on top of salad.
