Squash Curry

5 cups butternut squash, pumpkin or any winter squash

1 bunch of green onions diced

1 tablespoon raisins (soaked in water for 15 minutes)

1 teaspoon honey

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon ghee

2 teaspoons curry spice mix

Bake or steam squash. Sauté curry spices in ghee. Add honey, and raisins. Cube squash and add to mixture. Add salt . Cook for 5 minutes.
