Grain free pie crust

There is nothing bad for you in this pie crust ( unless your allergic to nuts). It’s actually a healthy dessert! Yay! It’s actually super good for you with the flax seeds that have omega 3’s, antioxidants & lignan’s. The pumpkin seeds are also fantastic for you, they pack in magnesium, zinc, omega 3’s and fiber. 

2 cups of almonds

1 cup of cashews

1/2 cup of ground flax seeds

1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup of sunflower seeds

1 cup of grass fed raw butter

1/2 cup of honey
Method: grind all nuts & seeds in food processor. In a bowl mix all ingredients. In a 9 inch pie plate, evenly press to form pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes on 350. Cool and then fill.
